Add Meeting Request to Outlook when added in SharePoint 2010 Calendar:
Create a column in calendar list... I have used ical.
Create a variable in the designer
Add these details to the variable
Then update this variable to the ical column
Send email to the person who is needed to send the meeting request
Set this ical column link to add in outlook.
And when we click the link the meeting request opens in the outlook and save and close to add the meeting request in the calendar :)
